Fit for Purpose |
Tour-Dex conducts its quality
assurance and control procedures in-house. Tour-Dex operates an
onsite laboratory which tests product batches for a number of
properties including pH and acidity. |

Chemical Requirements |
Tour-Dex has provided a signed
statement of environmental declaration stating that the
ingredient suppliers have not been prosecuted in a court of law
for environmental offences over the last 24 months. |

Prohibited Substances |
The nominated products do not
contain any prohibited substances furthermore these products do
not contain any restricted fragrances and are water based. |

Restricted Substances |
The Tour-Dex products under
assessment are environmentally benign, non-toxic and comply with
this criterion. |

Surfactants and Enzymes |
Tour-Dex has provided a
declaration and test report results from confirming that these
products contain readily biodegradable natural substances
according to AS4351. No enzymes are used in the production
process. |

Solvents |
Tour-Dex has provided a signed
statement affirming that no solvents other than distilled water
are used in the products under assessment. |
|
Fragrances and Colours |
Tour-Dex has provided a signed
statement from affirming that the products contain natural
fragrances from natural food extracts. |

Other Claims |
Tour-Dex has made no other claims. |
|
Packaging and Labelling |
Tour-Dex has stated that these
products are reusable and recyclable with refills available. In
addition these products display instructions for proper use,
storage and environmentally responsible disposal instructions. |

3. Environmental and Social Regulatory Obligations:
GECA also found the Tour-Dex range to
be fully compliant with their obligations under Labour,
Anti-Discrimination, and Safety Regulations. The company
has not been the subject of prosecution in relation to
compliance with labour, anti- discrimination, safety
regulations and environmental regulations.
