Simple Green® are located in Hawaii and France. Satellite sales offices are located across the United States. The Simple Green® family of products has expanded to encompass consumer and industrial product lines.
Simple Green Clean Building Glass Cleaning Concentrate: Specifically for industrial and institutional use. There are no added fragrances or volatile organic compounds that can adversely impact indoor air quality.
Simple Green Clean Building Carpet Cleaning Concentrate: Formulated especially for cleaning carpets and rugs, specifically for industrial and institutional use. There are no added fragrances or volatile organic compounds that can adversely impact indoor air quality.

Simple Green Clean Building Carpet Cleaning Concentrate: Pre-spray and extraction cleaning of carpets and rugs.

certification coupled with demonstrated market acceptance
indicates that these products are fit for purpose. |

Chemical Requirements |
These products are in compliance
to the requirements of this criterion and do not contain
exceeding levels of any of the restricted substances. |

Surfactants and Enzymes |
An analysis of the surfactants
contained in these products showed that they are readily
biodegradable and anaerobically degradable. No enzymes are
contained in these products. |

Solvents |
An analysis of these products
showed that the only solvent contained in these products is
water. |
|
Fragrances and Colours |
GECS has confirmed that there are
no fragrances contained in these products and that the contained
colours are included on the “List of Colouring Agents Allowed
for use in Cosmetic Products” in Annex IV of the European
Union Commission Directive. |

Phosphorus Related Claims |
The nominated products do not
contain any phosphorous or any of its compounds established
during review of these products. |

Other Claims |
GECS review of these products
established that no hazardous components as listed in 29 CFR
1900.1000 or other pertinent OSHA regulations are used. |

Packaging and Labelling |
These products are packaged in
cardboard and plastic that is not halogenated or chlorinated.
This packaging is recyclable in mainstream resource recovery
facilities. The product labels adequately provide instructions
for proper use, storage and disposal for recycling. |

3. Environmental and Social Regulatory Obligations:
GECA also found the Sunshine Makers range to
be fully compliant with their obligations under Labour,
Anti-Discrimination, and Safety Regulations. The company
has not been the subject of prosecution in relation to
compliance with labour, anti- discrimination, safety
regulations and environmental regulations in the past 24
months.
