UNICON Flat Pack Cable Basket: Flat pack cable management product.

UNICON Flat Pack Cable Basket:
• Flat pack construction.
• Sides fold up and lock into place, using hinge design.
• Easily transportable - allows up to 1800 units per pallet.
• Supplied with standard brackets for fixing to underside of desk.
• Recyclable.
• Supplied with provision for Dual Data (Bezel included) expandable to Quad data as an optional extra.
• Supplied in 500mm lengths that clip together to give total desired length.
• Standard colours available: White & Silver.

This product is manufactured at an
ISO 9001:2000 certified facility and is covered with a five year
warranty valid from the date of purchase. |

Resin Identification Codes |
The cable basket component of this
certified product is printed with the appropriate resin
identification code. The bracket component weighs less than 100g
and is therefore not required to display the resin
identification code. |

Adhesives |
The UNICON Flat Pack Cable Basket
is designed to be assembled without the use of adhesives;
instead the components push and click together. |

Hazardous Materials |
GECS has confirmed that no
hazardous or prohibited substances are added or used during the
manufacturing of this product. This product is certified as
compliant with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the EU
directive on the restriction of hazardous substance in
Electrical and Electronic Equipment. |

Separability |
This certified product is easily
separated as it is flat pack fitting consisting of two brackets
and a basket. GECS has confirmed that no specialized tools or
expertise are required. |

Product Custodianship |
OPS Formfitting Asia Pacific Pty
Ltd has a product custodianship policy in place and will accept
this product at its end of life from within Australia. This
policy states that the product will not end up in land fill
instead but will be recycled. |

Coatings and Treatments |
GECS can confirm that no coatings
or treatments are applied to this product that would prevent its
post consumer recycling. |
|
Replacement Parts |
Replacement parts are available
for this certified product for a period of five years from the
date of purchase as stated in the warranty. |
|
Packaging Requirements |
The UNICON Flat Pack Cable Basket
is packaged in non halogenated plastic and cardboard both of
which are recyclable in mainstream recovery facilities. |

3. Environmental and Social Regulatory Obligations:
GECA also found the DPG Formfittings range to
be fully compliant with their obligations under Labour,
Anti-Discrimination, and Safety Regulations. The company
has not been the subject of prosecution in relation to
compliance with labour, anti- discrimination, safety
regulations and environmental regulations in the past 24
months.
