Suzanne is an Executive Director of GECA, a Board Director of Sydney Metropolitan Catchment Management Authority; and Vice President ( Australia ) of the Environment Institute of Australia & New Zealand. She was the Environment Director for the 2000 Olympic Games and has held environmental positions with SAI Global; Maunsell Australia ; the Priority Sewerage Program Alliance; Vodafone Australia ; The Australian Gas Light Company; and the Electricity Commission of NSW.
As a certified Lead Environmental Auditor, it was Suzanne's job to interpret the Environmental Guidelines and translate sustainability into practice, to enable the NSW State Government to build all 20 Olympic venues. The Sydney Olympics was Australia 's showcase of sustainability to the world.

Sonja Duncan has held senior positions in local and State Government. She is Director of SD Environmental Management Pty Ltd and specialises in environmental management. With 15 years of experience her particular expertise is:
* Training Course Development and Delivery;
* EHS Compliance and Management System Auditing;
* Environmental Management Plans & EMS Development;
* Forest Stewardship Council Chain of Custody Auditing;
* Sustainability Assessments and Eco-Footprint Analysis;
* Waste Management and Education.
As a RABQSA-accredited environmental auditor, Sonja has conducted environmental and social audits for mines in Laos, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. She develops training courses such as: Protection of the Environment Authorised Officers; Environmental Responsibility and Risk Management; Environmental Auditor Certification; Sustainability Advantage; Staff and Stakeholder Engagement; Beachwatch; and HIGA Waste.
