GECA corporate and governance information

GECA is a not-for-profit organisation limited by guarantee. GECA’s board of directors are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). GECA has nine classes of membership with no single class of member entitled to elect more than 50 per cent of directors.
